Governing Law
This Agreement is governed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
Payment
All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be delivered.
Refund/Return Policy
The products (E-Books) of the eduexcellent are not entitled to be refunded or returned. Services and subscriptions may be refunded in the 7 days after purchase. Please email info@eduexcellent.in with refund requests and provide a valid reason for your refund request.
If an error occurs during using the services of the eduexcellent.in, the customer should inform customer service to fix the error.
The materials and content uploaded /posted to eduexcellent.in is free of charge.Only online services which include exam builder, E-books, PDF generator and filtering and searching are non-free services. Hence, eduexcellent reserves the right to modify and / or remove any of the posted and uploaded content in / from the eduexcellent.in and no refund cases is accepted due to the customers' request or complaints caused by those modifications or deletions.
Cancellation
An item may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the buyer is responsible for payment.
Build Exam PDF Storage
all users can store up to 20MBs of generated PDFs in their account. Stored PDFs are only stored temporarily and are deleted after 3 months time. It's users responsabilty to save the generated PDFs.
Complaints
Any complaints about items or sellers may be sent to our support team: info@eduexcellent.in. There is no guarantee of a resolution. Each case will be looked at individually, and the seller will be in contact as well.
Legalities
The seller is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the item. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, the seller shares no responsibility.
Changes to This Agreement
eduexcellent reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service and conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. If there are any changes to our privacy policy, we will announce that these changes have been made on our home page and on other key pages on our site. If there are any changes in how we use our site customers' Personally Identifiable Information, notification by email or postal mail will be made to those affected by the change. Any changes to our privacy policy will be posted on our site 15 days prior to these changes taking place. You are therefore advised to re-read this statement on a regular basis.
